I got a detailed explanation as to how the fixture was packaged, and how the parts were separated, wrapped, color coded with blue tape and packed in the box. And not only that, I received an email with instructions to guide me as to what to look for in the box and how to safely unwrap the different pieces. The packaging is great and even found a perfect matching lamp shade to complete my gorgeous antique hanging light. My mother loved it too when she saw it in the first sight.
