I had been looking for an extended light that would work in my Victorian kitchen with its angled roof and ceiling. I found the perfect one here, but it got substantially damaged during shipment. It wasn't this shop's fault, it was damaged by the company that actually shipped the packaged box when ( I believe) a forklift sliced the box up 3 or 4 times and all the packing material fell out. Shop owner Kathleen worked with me diligently to secure the insurance, which was of great help! That insurance payment now will allow me to find (hopefully) a stained glass repair studio in my state. I would highly recommend Kathleen and this shop. She stayed with me to help me get the payment for the damages when, perhaps, others might not have. So great customer care!
