Art Nouveau Desk Lamp - Reverse Painted

Offered is an antique desk lamp with reverse painted glass panel shade. Features a double-sided glass panel shade, with reverse painted scene. The shade is ornate, and heavily embossed. The base is fluted with flowers around the bottom. The harp shade holder is brass, and holds a brass pull chain socket of the era, which is in perfect working order. The lamp has been fully rewired with antique style brown cloth covered cord and plug.

There is some finish wear on the base, and some tiny paint spatters here and there. The finish was gently cleaned and sealed with satin. The glass panel in the back has a tiny bit of wear to the paint, but it seems stable.

Vintage Large Brass and Venini Murano Glass Pagoda Chandelier

Offered is a vintage Italian Venini Murano glass chandelier in the pagoda style. It features 4 arms, each with 2 levels of four-point (Quatro Punta) Venini crystals. On the top level are longer crystals, and the lower level has shorter ones. There are 13 lights, 3 on each of the four arms, and one in the center-bottom.

The pagoda style section is all brass, while the frame appears to be brass plated steel for rigidity. This is a heavy chandelier - the crystals alone weight about 57 pounds. Overall, it weighs about 75 pounds.

There are 76 8" long crystals around the top row, and 80 4" long crystals on the bottom

Vintage Mid-Century Stiffel Wood Grain Lamp Shade

Offered is a vintage, mid-century Stiffel lamp shade with a wood grain pattern. This is a paper shade, with a pattern that really looks like a fine wood veneer. Inside of a gold spattered white paper. Will compliment many lamps of the Mid-Century era, Stiffel and other brands.

Because this is made of paper, it's a very difficult shade to find. Not only this one, but most of the paper shades of this era are in really bad condition.

The condition of this shade is excellent. No holes or tears in the paper. We don't see any scratches either, and the glue is in excellent condition.

Antique Kerosene Lamp with Hand Painted Flowers

Offered is an Antique Kerosene Lamp with Hand Painted Flowers. A super lamp to actually use with oil/kerosene. It features a simple #2 Queen Ann burner (a new wick will be provided), which is dependable, even for daily use.

The shade and base are opal glass with hand painted flowers. The shade has a rolled-top edge, like an old student lamp shade.

The bottom shows a paint mark, which looks like a Roman numeral II.

It stands about 13"H to the top of the shade, and about 8"W.

Pair Pilgrim Cranberry Swirl Glass Regency Vases

Offered is a Pair of Pilgrim Glass Cranberry Vases. These are extremely similar to what Pilgrim called "Regency" Vases - the only difference we notice is that the catalog showed those as 16", and these are 15". Excellent to have when you want a pair of vases for a table, or on two tables on either side of a doorway or entrance. Pilgrim claimed they used real gold in their cranberry glass formula.

Slight variations in depth of color and intensity of optics. Not uncommon for this type of glass, especially if not made from the same batch of glass.

They measure about 15"H x about 6"W

Offered is a large art glass bowl by Frederick Carder for Steuben. It has a Gold Reeded (some call it threaded) glass decoration all around the rim, and the lower portion shows controlled bubbles. Frederick Carder for Steuben Gold Reeded Bowl - Controlled Bubbles

Offered is an art glass bowl by Frederick Carder for Steuben. It has the Gold Reeded glass decoration all around the rim, and the lower portion shows controlled bubbles. The pontil is ground and polished, as expected with Steuben glass. We have a larger bowl listed as Item ID: TOLW1506, which was displayed together with this one sitting inside of the larger one.

No cracks or chips, some very minor scratches on the bottom, commensurate with it's age and use. We can find no damage to the reeding decoration.

Antique Moser Bohemian Gilded Green Glass Portait Vase

Offered is a lovely Bohemian glass vase by Moser (unsigned). It features a beautiful hand enameled portrait of a young maiden. She has dark hair, draped in a scarf with roses, and is wearing a necklace with a gold cross - exquisitely done.

The vase has gilded decorations all over, which do show some wear from it's more than 100 year old age. The vase is a two piece, with the base being mounted to the vase section with metal hardware through the bottom and plaster around the protruding pin. (see pics)

Antique Large Carved Shell Cameo Brooch Mounted in Sterling Silver

Offered is this Antique Carved Shell Cameo in a Sterling Silver Setting. A delightful carving of a Victorian woman, with a flowing grouping of leaves in her hair and on her collar. This cameo surely appears to be antique in age, and the pin clasp works exactly as it did when it was created.

The bezel is all sterling silver, and marked STERLING on the back.

Measures about 2-1/2"L and 1-7/8"W overall.

No damage to the cameo. The bezel has some minor tarnish, but it's up to the recipient to polish if desired. Overall condition is excellent.

Comes with the blue John Wanamaker box it was found in.

Offered is a Sterling Silver Bolo Tie, created by Navajo artist Will Denetdale.

Features a sterling silver kachina with large turquoise accents and a gold overlay Billiken (a symbol of good luck) at the center. The black braided leather cord is finished with sterling silver tips. The billiken has emerald eyes and a ruby at his belly.

Excellent condition, has a little tarnish, which we left since some like original patina. Has been stored in a drawer for a while, and the braided cord is bent as it was stored.

Antique Solar Lamp With Period Cut Ball Shade - 1840s

Offered is a fine, period Solar lamp, which dates from 1840-1850. The lamp itself is unmarked, but has a bronze Corinthian column and Capitol on a black marble base. The lamp has been rewired, though likely was converted to use a standard #2 Queen Ann burner in the later Victorian era. Consequently, the old #2 burner does not accept a period chimney, so a suitable one for the burner is used. It's worth noting that the burner was electrified in a very stable manner, and works very well.

The period Solar shade is in excellent, original condition. No chips , cracks or alterations. I do see a slight purplish tinge, which is likely due to exposure to sunlight over the last 150 years. Overall, it's not distracting in any way.

Was wired a long while ago with what appears to be 20 gauge cloth covered wire, and a tun knob switch in the lower back. The wire does not appear hard, and it works perfectly, but please do get it checked out if desired. The marble base may have a crack in the corner at the back.

Antique Pair Brass Flush Mount Light Fixtures with Original Embossed Shades

Offered is a pair of antique (1910 or so) brass, flush mount ceiling fixtures with their original shades.

The nice things about these is they are so simple to install. They were designed to be mounted where there is electric, but no box - they screw directly to the ceiling, using 3 screws.

The metal is all brass. The shades are opal glass, with an embossed design.

One shade is a little thicker than the other, and one has a slightly darker shadowy appearance around the bottom , which is likely from the manufacturing. Both porcelain sockets were replaced as one was cracked, so they match.

Removed from the top and bottom of a stairway in an old PA home.

They measure 7-1/8"W at the mounting flange, and are 6-1/2"L from the ceiling. The shades are standard 2-1/4" fitter, and 7"W

Antique 1890s Hanging Kerosene Library Light Lamp - Cabin & Ruins Scenes

Offered is this Victorian hanging kerosene library lamp. It features a desert-like scene with a cabin on one side, and some ruins on the other. It has not been electrified, and has an antique W.B.G. Corp Eldorado No. 2 Burner with a new wick, so it's ready to burn oil if desired.

A very good representation of a Victorian kerosene hanging light.

No cracks or chips in the glass. All of the brass appears to be fine, as well. The included shade crown is what we received with the lamp, so that's how it's being offered. It's obvious to us that it is not original, but it does work.

Antique 1890s Hanging Kerosene Parlor /Library Light Lamp - HP Roses - Electrified

Offered is this Victorian hanging kerosene parlor lamp. It features hand painted roses on a lovely green and beige background. Offered just the way we received it, just a little cleaning was needed. It's been electrified, and a dab of solder holds the socket in place. We recommend only using an LED bulb, as the wiring is smaller 22G, not standard 18G lamp wire. The old switch below the font was replaced as it was not working properly. Likely made by the Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass & Glass Co.

Overall, a beautiful representation of Victorian kerosene lighting.

No cracks or chips in the glass. All of the brass appears to be fine, as well.

1920s French Wrought Iron 4 Light Fixture with Yellow Slag Glass

Offered is a Vintage 1920s French wrought iron chandelier with a light yellow slag glass shade and bottom diffuser.

A gorgeous fixture, it requires a fairly high ceiling, as it drops about 41-1/2" from the ceiling. This is the minimum length, but could be dropped lower by employing some chain and another canopy at the ceiling.

Rather unusual with the slag glass, but absolutely French. It has grapes and grape leaves all around the hand-wrought bottom section, and hand-wrought arms leading to the canopy. It came to us with 2 of the 4 original sockets damaged, so they were all replaced with high quality brass, standard size sockets during the rewiring. The canopy does not appear to be original, but it is dark, heavy brass and embossed with leaves. Shows some minor surface rust in a few spots, but we opted to leave it as is.

The somewhat fragile tag from the original French shipper, which was attached with string when we acquired, it will be included.

One could use up-to 100W incandescent light bulbs if desired, but we always recommend LEDs as they are not seen while in use.

Vintage Miller Duplexalite D271 Aged Silver & Brass

Offered is a vintage Miller Duplexalite. This is the 14"W Model #D271. Measures about 44-1/2"L overall. One of the great things about these fixtures is that they retain their elegance and charm, even when they age. The main body is silver plated, but shows age and wear as seen in the photos. Nothing has been replaced on this fixture, with the exception of the wire (newly rewired), and the mounting hardware (a modern crossbar is included). All of the finishes have been gently cleaned and sealed to protect for years to come.

To properly use these fixtures with modern bulbs (we recommend LEDs), a socket extender is needed and we include two. We also include a vintage, 100W (NOS) incandescent bulb, which is long enough to use with a single extender.

Rare Pair Art Deco Lightolier Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixtures / Chandeliers

Offered is this Rare Pair of American Art Deco Light Fixtures by the very well known maker, Lightolier. Shown on page 39 of the Lightolier 1934-35 Style Book (see last image). We believe these were also offered on the 1922-23 Style Book, but do not have one for reference.

Lightolier really captured the French Art Deco, Modern Style in these fixtures. You can see what they achieved by the finish and etching in the huge glass shades, as well as the ornate yet simple details in the castings of the hardware.

These fixtures are incredibly difficult to fine, even a single one. Here we have a pair, both from a lovely home in Hazelton, PA. One was in the dining room, and one in the living room, both visible from either room. Also, as one can see, these were available in a truly flush-mount version, and these could be easily converted to the flush mounts, if needed.

These are in great shape, with minor age-related wear to the original finish. They have been cleaned and the finish sealed, so will be protected for many years to come. The glass is totally fine, and they have some very minor color difference, but nothing out of the ordinary. One shade has a minor nick in the upper corner, but it is of no consequence. Both have been completely rewired and are ready to install with the included modern install hardware.

Set 26 Yugoslavia Amethyst/Purple Goblets MCM

Offered is a set of 26 Purple Glass Goblets, which were hand made in Yugoslavia at a time which makes them Mid-Century Modern. A few of these were apparently unused, and still bear the paper HANDCRAFTED IN JUGOSLAVIA labels on the top of the foot. In total there are 10 Waters (only 8 shown), 8 Red Wines, and 8 White Wines.

Vintage L.G. Wright Uranium Satin Glass Swan Dish
