Offered is a Vintage Green Marble Clad Box with Wood Interior and a Bronze Monkey on the lid. Polished on top, with natural-chiseled look around the outside. Sitting on top of the box is a detailed cast bronze monkey.

Made in the early to mid 1980s, it still bears the original Maitland Smith label on the bottom felt. This is a large, heavy box - weighing 15.4 Pounds.

No cracks or damage to the marble. The monkey has some of the original adhesive showing underneath, though it is sturdy and tight. The interior wood is in great shape, with a couple minor scratches as one might expect on such a box.

Would be a great storage box for remote controls, jewelry, or just beautiful sitting on a hall table or server.

Measures 13"L x 11"W x 4"H to top of lid, and about 9-1/8" overall to top of the monkey head. Interior is about 3-1/4"H x 8-1/2"L x 6"W
