Offered is this antique Chinese hand-carved Rosewood or Hongmu table. The table features a marble top, and carved foliage, berries, and floral motif.

The table is solid and stable, and has not been glued (typically these can be quite wobbly). We do not see any repairs or any significant losses to the wood, other than a typical few small chips and hairlines from age, which are expected. The top outer ledge finish has some wear, which is easily seen in the pictures -- nothing uncommon for these 100+ year old tables. One horizontal stretcher was glued, to prevent an existing line from getting bigger (you can see this in the upside down photo, on the left of the stretcher).
