Offered is a pair of antique Regency style chairs. They are ebonized wood, and so very sturdy. Nothing is loose on these. They can actually be used to sit in, or used decoratively without the fear of someone sitting down. The backs have an infinity loop design, which is not very common.

The silk upholstery appears to be usable, and we are not certain it is original. It is old, and has some water marks or stains, which can be seen in the photos. The bottom one seat cover has a small tear (see photos), but it cannot be seen from the top.

Some of the gold may have been touched up over the years, and the ebonized finish may have a couple touched up chips, as one might expect for chairs like these. There are no apparent structural repairs of modifications.
