Offered is this pair of Moser black glass vases, featuring birds perched among branches and flowers against the sophisticated black backdrop. The vase form is elegant, having applied handles on either side.

The gilding adds a luxurious touch, framing the upper and lower rims of the vases, and is applied to the handles, as well. Overall, the gilding and birds stand out against the black glass.

The interplay of the black glass, gold gilding, and hand-painted birds create a harmonious and luxurious visual experience, making the vases not just vessels, but works of art.

They measure about 10-5/8"H x about 6"W at the handles, and about 3" at the opening.

One has what appears to be a heat-check from the manufacturing, right above the handle. This is on the vase having one handle lower than the other (left vase in the first photo). Not sure exactly what it is, but it's a line you can see (it does NOT make a "thud" when you tap it).
