This is a lovely vase, and a good size. It was retailed by long defunct Ovington's store in New York (5th Avenue). Looking online, we don't see anything really similar. Ovington's typically had art glass vases imported from France, so chances are this is also French. Has several of the same fish swimming around, with waves at the bottom.

The acid cutting looks similar to some other famous French makers. The only mark is on the base OVINGTON | NEW YORK. Made somewhere between 1930 and 1950s.

Measures 9-1/2"H x about 9-1/2"W, and about 7-1/4" across the top rim.

No cracks or chips. Has a bubble or two from manufacture.
