Offered is a vintage Bradley & Hubbard adjustable slag glass floor lamp. Features a very heavy base, which means that when you turn this lamp on with the pull chain, or adjust the height or shade, it's not likely to fall over.
The lamp has been rewired with a new brass socket and new brown 6' cloth cord. Finish sealed for good appearance and protection.
The lamp shows it's age well. The base has considerable wear to the brass plating. The other ornate metal parts above the base are in better shape, but with an aged appearance. The reeded tubing above those are brass (one having an old repaired ding, which you can see in the 10th photo). The arms of the lamp are also brass, and the lamp shade appears to be a cast metal, typical of lamps of the era.
B&H floor lamps of this type of fairly scarce. This one is complete, ready to use.
Measures 54"H at lowest, 71-1/2"H at the highest, and 10"W at the base. Weighs 24.5 pounds before packing.
Properly marked Bradley & Hubbard on bottom of base.
