Offered is a pair of antique French gilded brass sconces. They feature ribbon and bows at the top of each, with a tassel bottom. Around the center of the sconces is an Acanthus leaf garland back-plate with an applied husk. Each arm is reeded with foliate detailing below. The candle cups also have highly detailed cast tops, with candelabra sockets.

All rewired with replaced candelabra sockets. Two of the original porcelain sockets were damaged, so replacement was necessary. All screws for mounting are included (one each top and bottom, and two on each back-plate, behind the husk).

They have normal, age related wear to the gilded finish.
